Adrienne de Lathouder Littlefield
Principal
Adrienne boasts an impressive portfolio of projects in over 15 years with ACC Design. In addition to her Interior Design degree from the University of Memphis and NCIDQ certification, she has a BFA in Sculpture from Birmingham-Southern College, a foundation to the balance of form and function that is a hallmark of her work. Her intellectual curiosity, coupled with management and home décor expertise, culminating in a strikingly harmonious design approach across hospitality, restaurant, multi-family, and residential interiors. Pragmatic and passionate, her insight, analysis, and warmth have delivered a strong track record of successful projects and lasting client relationships.
Jennifer Weeda
Principal
Jennifer is NCIDQ certified and graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a degree in interior design in 1999. She is experienced in a variety of project types including office, healthcare, and multi-family but her first love is hospitality design. She is focused on creating designs that enhance the guest experience and delivering exceptional client service. Jennifer is heavily influenced by fashion and travel and loves dining out with family and friends.
Michael Caradine
Design Director
Michael Caradine is a founder and Director of Adrian Caradine Contract Design, Inc. with over 36 years of experience designing and managing hospitality projects. His talents are enriched by interests in historic preservation, product design, and travel. Michael is involved in every stage of a design project from concept development to unique art placement. The most rewarding aspect of each project is his ability to transform the client’s distinct vision into a timeless and functional space that exceeds expectations.
Morgan Witter
Senior Designer
Morgan is NCIDQ certified and has been with ACC Design since 2012. She obtained her BFA in Interior Design with university and architectural honors from the University of Memphis. Morgan has always been drawn to hospitality design, and she embraces a bold mix of patterns and colors to create eclectic designs that offer functional and psychological appeal. She is inspired by the words of artist Paul Klee, “Color is the place where our brains and universe meet.” In her free time, she enjoys camping with her husband, son, and fur babies in their vintage Airstream.
Heba Ismail
Senior Designer
Heba obtained her BFA in Interior Design from the University of Memphis and is NCIDQ certified. After spending time abroad studying culture and photography at the Florence University of the Arts, she joined the ACC team in 2012. Her refined, global aesthetic evolved from her travel experience and appreciation of different cultures. She attributes her passion for the arts to her upbringing, during which her parents supported her interest in hand drawing, watercolor painting, photography, and music. She enjoys spending quality time with family, playing with her cat Biss, and traveling with her husband.
Daika
Resident Therapy Dog
Daika is a 4-year old Deutsch-Drahthaar and mother to 12 pups! She is our resident therapy dog and often tests out the durability of our finish samples. In her free time, she is an avid and highly trained hunting dog and loves to chew on ice. She enjoys spending time with her owners, Morgan and Devin, and watching over her human baby brother.
Deborah Adrian
Founder (Retired)
Deborah is a founder and former President of Adrian Caradine Contract Design, Inc. (ACC Design, Inc.) with over 40 years of experience designing and managing hospitality projects. Her designs are strongly influenced by her travel experiences and she also derives inspiration from her collection of textiles. Deborah has been involved in initial client project development and management of design teams. For her, the most rewarding aspect of each project is achieving a successful design that exceeds our client’s market goals.
