This Marriott property is a 200-room, new construction completed in 2019. The registration desk, lobby, bar, meeting room, and dining areas are located on the fourth floor, and with floor-to-ceiling windows spanning across the south side, guests are welcomed with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. The refined design is inspired by the soft lines and hues of the oceanfront at sunset. When guests aren’t enjoying the lounge areas surrounding an outdoor lazy river, the balance of warm wood tones, concrete, and copper details draw energy to the U-shaped bar at the center of the space.
